My daughter has Sever’s Disease (inflammation in her growth plate in her feet). We ordered these before we had a diagnosis when she complained of heel pain. She also has flat feet. The inserts provided cushioning but not a ton of support.

I bought one pair to try - there are soooo many different ones available on Amazon. How does one choose? I read some of the reviews here and saw that multiple reviewers stated it was super soft. Ok I will give it a try. When I stepped in them for the first time, I felt like I won the lottery. It was exactly what I was hoping for - good thick arch support, super soft memory foam, yet firm. It does raise the height a few millimeters so I had to loosen up the laces. I wore them around for a day and it made a night and day difference. They are easy to cut to shape and don't slide or slip once installed. I liked them so much I ordered 5 more pairs the next day for each of my shoes. I highly recommend these. ... show more

I wear a 5.5 in Women's shoes. When I purchase women's supports I have to cut them down and that leaves the arch in the wrong place. I don't have to cut these and the arch is perfect.

I'm a heavy set girl and even in my comfiest shoes 4 hrs without sitting I can feel the blisters and tenderness under my feet. I put these things in my converse and went almost my entire shift without my feet hurting! Really amazing if you tend to put a lot of pressure on the heel on your foot because of the cushion support. CAUTION! I'm a size 8 but the converse i used were a 9, the cushion takes up a lot of room in your shoe even after you cut it. I notice if i put it in shoes that perfectly fit they are too snug!
