This was only used for a week so I cannot comment on how it would hold up in the long run. It was quiet enough at night not to interrupt sleep even though I am a light sleeper. It did the job to help with pressure sores for a patient who could not reposition or roll over. I found it easy to set up and it fit well under home hospital bed sheets. I bought this for my dad when he became bed bound during his last few weeks of life. He tried to use it but found it to be even more uncomfortable than the hospital bed mattress itself. Used for only a couple hours before he asked us to remove it. Not worth the money, tbh.

My husband can finally get to sleep with this. He has been sleeping in a hospital bed for 6 years and his sleep was horrible but since I brought this he sleeps like a baby.
