Very good product. Many different formations that cushion can do. Not too firm, not too soft. Made it possible for spouse to sleep after ankle surgery. Prevented them from having back aggravated while keeping leg elevated after surgery and for months of recovery. Spouse said they would not have been able to sleep without these pillows. Cloth is soft and comforting. The sticky material keeps them from slipping around. They hold there shape very well. Used for 2 months under a very heavy person and they did maintain shape. When done we used the bags provided to store. Used vacuum to suck out air and they fit right back in the original box for convenient storage although I would have loved to keep them out to use every day because they are so comfortable and easy to clean. I bought this set because I was having shoulder surgery. I like the fact that you can configure the pillows to fit your needs. They are made well and should last. The material covering the wedges are soft to the touch. The white part of the covering helps the pillow from slipping when places together. I love the partial round neck support pillow and have been using this piece the most for lower back support and neck. Prior to my surgery these felt like this set would be perfect. There 2 aspects of this item I need to mention. The first is that the pillows are very firm and I found them painful to sleep on. They are fine though for using to sit for shorter periods of time. The second thing is that it would have been nice if there was a Velcro adjustable attachment for the pillow that goes under the legs to attach to the backrest. If using for a substantial time, it slips so your body lowers and puts you in an uncomfortable position. I still give this product 4 stars it’s quality and versatility. I bought this to sleep at night for re-occurring instances of GERD, but I’m using it everyday just to relax and binge watch! Incredible comfort and the versatility is seriously endless! All the pillow parts you need to customize a comfortable position, can be as erect/upright or as low as you would want. The secret is in these two extra triangle pillows. Similarly shaped, one of them can be used to hold the ramp part in desired place, and the other goes perfectly underneath your knees, one of 2 ways! This is the trick to not sliding down a ramp pillow! The firmness is there, you feel well supported but also soft enough. I don’t know how they make the foam perfectly “medium”, but they do. I bought a different popular brand at first, also with multiple pillow combo, similar color however the foam never fully poofed out and always seemed too soft. The worst was how badly I was sliding down. Not anymore! Get this one *and* actually use the leg triangle pillow to raise your knees. I also use the Velcro part for lower back rather than headrest, I just put the thicker part of the ramp on top and it’s bliss. This pillow makes even lying on the floor feel like a cloud. Worth every penny. So happy - thank you for attn to quality in production! Upon opening, foam seemed to immediately pop into regular form. I did air it out one night before using because I’m conscious of offgassing but BAM good to go in the best way possible. I’ve never written an Amazon review so long before but this thing is bringing me great joy to my day beyond the original utility intended and you def need to know about that :) ... show more

Overall this is a great product, very comfortable, very supportive. Feels exactly like the Lunix of the same design. So why only 3 stars? Sadly while I fully expected some off-gassing of this while new, (every product like this will have some) at almost a month after getting it and letting it air out the smell still bothers me. It's died down from the rapidly make me sick level at least, but I still wouldn't use it for extended periods in a room lacking lots of fresh air moving through. In the end I kind of wish I'd just spent the extra money for the name brand and avoided this problem. If they fixed the fumes issue this would be a slam dunk 5 star product. ... show more

I had hiatal hernia surgery and moving a lot of pillows around with less than ideal support was a lot of work. As soon as these were delivered I unwrapped and used immediately. First of all: THE SUPPORT-Amazing. They are firm but for most people recovering from surgery we need extra support. The pressure was relieved from all over and the non slip grip really helped me also use them to easily get back out of bed as well as climb into bed. Second of all: CUSTOMIZABLE-fits to your needs! I have arranged them four ways now and love them for different positions. And last of all: Cost-Affordable! These aren’t the cheapest pillows but I needed something that worked. Being in more pain than we have to be in recovery is not fun or healthy. These pillows absolutely worked for me as I needed to remain propped up for a few weeks since my swelling and incisions weren’t fans of gravity when I laid flat. My back butt and hips were also fans of the elevated knee wedge and foot rest. Highly recommend! ... show more
