I did a lot of research before making this purchase and it definately paid off! I am and always have been an exclusive side sleeper, so when I was told that I would have to sleep on my back or in a recliner for weeks following surgery, it sounded like absolute torture and I was sure that I would not sleep at all for weeks. This product allowed for me to be as comfortable as was possible sleeping on my back and slightly upright. All the complaints that I found in the reviews of similar but less expensive products were not an issue with this product. I did not want to spend over $100 but I can say that the extra $50 I spent over what I would have liked to was so worth it! It is with out a doubt made with high quality memory foam. A lot of the other products claim to be memory foam but according to the reviews from customers are not memory foam. It does not slip! Which was the biggest complaint that I read on reviews of other products. It is so slip resistant that I don't even have to bother using the velcro strips meant to hold the head rest section in your desired position. The slip resistant design is enough to keep it from going anywhere. The many ways that these pillows can be arranged surely would allow for anyone regardless of size to find multiple ways to provide comfort. The cushions are also a nice width so no worries about your arms hanging of the sides in an awkward or uncomfortable way. Perfect for surgery recovery! Also loved that they came with vacuum storage bags because they are a bit bulky to store when not using but the included vacuum bags solve that issue. My husband was in an accident recently, and we were using one of those reading cushions for him to be propped up in bed along with 1 million pillows! I needed to help him readjust several times throughout the night and he was so uncomfortable. This cushion system changed all of that! It’s perfect. This product has allowed me to move back to my bed from sleeping semi-reclined in a recliner. I have been suffering with a slipped disc that has prevented me from sleeping fully flat in my bed for the last eight months. Wonderful for post-surgical recovery. The wedges have all stayed in place. Of note, memory foam wedge for leg support could be a little firmer as I noticed 2 days in it’s collapsing a bit which is much too soon in terms of time of use etc. and I am ~115 lbs therefore I imagine it would collapse even more for someone heavier. slept comfortably but again probably suited for folks w/in 100-150lbs otherwise I think it would sink too much as memory foam may collapse. Especially if your preference is for something firmer. Overall, very useful for recovery but keep in mind it may not be ideal for everyone. ... show more

I use this with my laptop monday through Friday. Originally bought it due to severe SI joint pain, which it relieved me from! Now since I’m better, it’s become the comfiest WFH situation. I had a mastectomy and this was a life savor. I have used it in my bed to sleep and during the days in my couch. Lots of positions and many portions for leg levels. You must be elevated for weeks and this one has great non slip grips. I only wish it came with a removable, washable cover. My wedge pillows are very comfortable to use in the bed and don’t have to be in a awkward position. The position is comfortable and able to see TV better in bed. Pillows just slipped and wouldn’t stay in Olathe Ave. The wedge pillows stay in place.
