What a cool security bag. Despite being soft-sided, it has fire resistance and a lock. I use it as a pseudo-briefcase. It carries my laptop, important documents, phone, charging cords but is a more convenient size for carrying and storing.

I can't say much about the waterproof or fireproof features as I have not had those conditions, thankfully. I have put important documents in it for easy access and safe keeping. We had to be evacuated from our home during forest fires so I had been looking for something easy to grab and go when time was of the essence. The lock is just enough to keep an honest thief out or curious eyes from peeking, but I wouldn't treat it as a safe. There are plenty of pockets and slots to hold cards, documents, flash drives. The bottom is deep for additional files, accessory drives, or bulkier items. The bag should hold up with normal use and will wash up with a damp cloth. Fits my needs with room to spare. ... show more

I should have done more research. The picture makes it look like a hard shell container, but it isn’t. I like the organization so I can easily find paperwork, i.e. passports, etc., which is good. If we were quickly leaving the house because of weather problems, fire, etc, I guess the light weight safe would be easier to carry. ... show more

    • Not exactly what I was hoping for.

Although the size is perfect, there are a few things that I don’t care for regarding this product. The outer material is strange! It almost feels like duct tape. The flaps are ok, but I would prefer them to be removable. And the combination is extremely difficult to operate since it’s on a soft side bag. I don’t really care for the fact that when unlocked, the correct combination has to stay in view in order to clip the zippers in place and relock. Hence, anyone who looks at the bag while it’s unlocked, can see your combination pin. Will probably return, but still searching for the idea product. 3.5 stars. ... show more
