I recently tore my Achilles so I have been resting more than normal. I started to worry some about the potential of getting a blood clot and wanted to get something to help with circulation. After reading reviews on quite a few different products I decided to get these and I am not disappointed!! The price was really good and they work great!! The packaging is impressive and thoughtful . It even comes with a nice soft mesh bag for travel. So far the lowest pressure has been plenty for me and I have been using it on the compression setting. It seems at first like you can’t get them tight enough but you will quickly realize they don’t have to be very tight to feel the compression. This has greatly helped my calves feel less tight and my legs feel great. The sound it makes is very light and not bothersome at all. It is too bad you cant set it to be on for hours but other than that it’s so good!! You can set it for 15 or 20 minute sessions at a time. If you are the fence give it a try, it’s wonderful! One side note, they had a little bit of a snell so I had to spray them with Lysol and some scented spray and let them air a bit. ... show more

These are comfortable dóó do a great job with circulation. Only thing I wish was that it had a setting for longer than 20 minutes. In the hospital they have them going 24 hrs a day and they also adoolwoł with the restless leg syndrome but only for 20 minutes at a time then it auto shuts off.

This works like a more expensive compression machine. I have POTS syndrome and night anxiety. This helped me sleep and stay asleep. Unfortunately the highest timed setting is only 20 minutes so I sometimes wake up after it turns off, but that's not much of an issue. I turn it back on and fall to sleep in under a minute. Honestly this thing sucks so bad.. there r 2 tiny bags that inflate.. the whole thing doesn't inflate so if u only need a tiny portion of ur leg or arm squeezed then have at it.. the top part doesn't do anything..

Above my both ankles inner aspect they are sore for 2 days now. I stopped using them and waiting for the tenderness to go away. I didn't realize that I had to stay hooked up to the AC plug the controller gets hot and that worries me 😞 I ended up losing 💰

I do alot of jump rope and trampoline workouts so my calves get very very sore, I've never been a huge fan of massaging then myself but this device helps so much.
