So easy to use, and keep clean. Love that the upholstery tool is built in and useable at the flick of a switch. Also the fact you can set machine to dry only insures that almost all water is drawn into the wastewater tank leaving rugs, stairs and upholstery nearly dry to the touch. Brush is the best. I have had many steamers over the years, as I am extremely clean. This one tops them all. The features are wonderful, and I especially like the rinse “cycle” it allows. All the other cleaners I’ve had leave my carpets crunchy. You can steam with just water and do a heated “quick dry” to ensure the carpets aren’t soggy.
