I highly recommend this refurbished Shark carpet cleaner. I purchased a refurbished Shark steam mop hard floor cleaner a few years ago and love it. I've never had a problem with it. I've had several carpet cleaners over the years. This one is easier for me to handle. I have a bad back and arthritis is my hands. It's not cumbersome to use. The suction is great. I do wish the solution and discharge tank were bigger but in the end, it turned out to be a blessing. The discharge tank wasn't heavy when it was full. I also wish the cord was longer. The media could not be loaded. In the still photo you will see the urine stain from a naughty dog. In the video you will see the application of the product to the affected portion of rug. You will watch the stain lifted and pass through the handheld unit. I love all 3 methods of stain removal. 1. Unit operates similar to a vacuum sweeper. 2. Handheld wand for greater detail. 3. I have had many steamers over the years, as I am extremely clean. This one tops them all. The features are wonderful, and I especially like the rinse “cycle” it allows. All the other cleaners I’ve had leave my carpets crunchy. You can steam with just water and do a heated “quick dry” to ensure the carpets aren’t soggy. We have two long haired cats, a golden retriever, boxer, and two teens. This is what I’ve been waiting for ... show more
