I have had many steamers over the years, as I am extremely clean. This one tops them all. The features are wonderful, and I especially like the rinse “cycle” it allows. All the other cleaners I’ve had leave my carpets crunchy. You can steam with just water and do a heated “quick dry” to ensure the carpets aren’t soggy.
