Just as described. The controls are a little hard to understand. Once you figure them out they aren't so bad. The picture is clear especially for a sewer cam. I work for a chemical plant and I attempted to use it in a 12 inch drainage pipe. The provided rollers for it didn't work to well in the large pipe. I will have to see if they offer a larger set of pipe rollers for the future. I believe that it will push through 1.5"-4" pipe well with the accessories provided. Got this 3 weeks ago I have to camera a 3 inch sewer main tomorrow and wanted to test this the day before. The camera went in smoothly didn't force it down the cleanout the image look good but when I pulled it out it borken in 5 difference spot now I have to rent a camera for tomorrow job

UPDATE Original camera failed after a couple weeks but Manufacturer 30 Day Warranty and Amazon sent another (after opening box we found there was a prior return authorization taped to case. Seemed to be okay but only lasted 2 weeks. Amazon policy does not allow a second replacement but is issuing refund upon return. Going to order different Brand. I’m a multi tradesman with many tools, equipment and years of experience using them. This unit is one of the best tools I’ve ever had and can, and will be used in more than one situation. Very impressed with the briefcase camera. Shell is strong and appears to be waterproof. 4 different angles allow for better views. Could not get the distance counter to measure or SD card to record. Cable is strong and I’m sure if I had to push the full 165’ it would have, given no 90s in the inspection. Overall this is one of the better quality small reels I’ve owned. Even the manual reel back is not that bad once you figure out the rhythm. ... show more

I can only give this product two stars as it didnt even really work! The camera came cracked and the pins that hold the memory card were bent and therefore not usable! Will most likely be returning!
