  • Hellya surfs up
Great product, polished finish, took a while to find but worth the wait. Fast ship also, great fit.

  • A very nice rack, good clamp, easy to install and adjust
This is a great tower rack. The clamp was very easy to fit to the tower using one of the several heavy duty rubber inserts that custom fit the clamp to almost any tower size. Once on tight, it feels rock solid on the tower, there's confidence that the rack and board are staying put. It was also easy to adjust the swivel so that the board is properly level in the rack even though it's on an angled tower tube. There are a couple of oddities I've had to adjust. The 2" spacing between the forks is actually way too much for even a fat beginner board like the Hyperlite Landlock we carry in this. I suspect this rack actually doubles as what Krypt sells as a kneeboard rack, the 2" fork spacing would make more sense for that. So, I've improvised a bit with stylish lengths of pool noodle cut to provide for friction on the board to keep it tight in the rack. Likewise the provided bungee cord would work much better with either a wider board or possibly with 2 boards in the rack. As is, it takes some extra looping to get a tight bungee fit. Since boards come in all shapes and sizes, I'd rather have a too big rack, this gives you plenty of room for adjustment. ... show more

  • Very clean install
I haven't had this out on the water yet, but the swivel mount and rubber fittings make this a very easy and clean install. It matches all other chrome accessories on the tower perfectly.

  • Good product but no instructions
Good product, but not happy it didn’t come with any instructions or info on installing. It looks fairly easy, but I shouldn’t have to open the parts and screws and figure out what goes where, especially since it came flat and unassemvles.

  • Versitile size mounting system is junk.
The rubber bushings that come with it (different sizes) to fit your tower tube, won’t hold tight. It all appears to go together well, right up until you put two boards on the rack and run your boat. Doesn’t hold on place. Rack / boards slip and rotate on the tower. The rubber bushings mounting system is garbage. Rack looks killer, good quality, easy to put together... but the mounting system blows. I had to drill and screw into my tower to get it to hold thinking it would work, it didn’t. The rubber bounces so badly it just bounces the screws loose. Now I have to figure out how to get my old mounting system to work on this new plate. So that it is solid against the tube with no rubber bushing. You guys need to figure out a new system, make mounts that match different tube sizes. Don’t cheap out with rubber bushings. They don’t work. I’ve had to fight with this thing ever since I mounted it. ... show more

  • Weird angle but great.
These are nice quality and seem sturdy. They dont have an available angle that fits my AR240 flatly but what they lack in angle they make up in bungie confidence and racks rubber board protection.

  • Great Value & fits even thick boards
Worked great. Solid construction and high polished finish. I only ended up using the forks as the bolt pattern matched up with my current tower plate (older MB Sports B52V) . I can't comment on the tower bracket, but the forks and bungee are of good quality. Fits 2 thick surfboards with no problem. The boards in the picture are Hyperlite Time Machine and Ronix Powertail. ... show more

  • Buy at your own risk. Returned for a loss of $$.
Buy from this company at your own risk. I measured my wakesurf board with calipers. It will fit a 2.25” opening. This rack spacing was approximately 2.25”. Sometimes more, sometimes less, so my board didn’t fit right. The rubber bumper designed to protect the board leaves black marks on the board. Except a partial refund only. It cost me over $30 to find out this company has poor quality control. I will avoid Krypt products in the future. Also, the connection to the tower is a joke. They include cut strips of rubber as “spacers”. Cheap rubber spacers don’t hold the rack stable and do not belong on expensive wakesurf boats. I always pay extra if I can get an American made product, but when paying extra I expect better customer service and do not appreciate snarky comments when something is returned. Would give zero stars if able. Very poor experience. I hate cheap Chinese knock-off products but that would have been the better choice in this case. ... show more
