Bought in May. Only used six times behind a slow pontoon and this is what it looks like now. Only had two ten year old kids on it. Return window is closed. No help from Amazon.

The canvas covering the inflatable part is heavy duty. The tube itself is thick. Good size for 2 smallish adults (no 2 tubbies like me). I had a blast behind a 18’ with 150 hp outboard. However, I wish it had more handles to climb on from the water. Once you are off, you need to get on the boat to climb (jump) on, unless you have upper body strength of Hercules. This is a nice tube, but I ordered a blue one (three different attempts) and always got a green one. I even contacted Amazon and was told they couldn’t ensure I would receive the blue one even though that’s what it advertised.
