    • This has made what used to be difficult auto diagnostic jobs now much much easier...
I bought it to inspect the air suspension lines on my Range Rover in order to find a leak that I wasn't able to find because I couldn't see in the area I knew the leak was. The lines ran above the rear frame between the frame and the body with about 1/2" of clearance. They were very buried. They obviously put the lines on the frame before they put the body on the frame. Well, with this, I was able to inspect the lines very easily and found the leak. Yesterday I went to replace a clock bulb, and had absolutely no visibility into the area behind the cash. And once again, this made the job so much easier! While doing the clock bulb, I noticed a heating duct was missing...on one end. I had no idea where it went, since the other end is buried way up under the dash. And once again, easy find. I dropped a socket and extension down into the abyss yesterday, and with this camera, I was easily able to find it. The pictures are very clear, and no problems viewing them on my computer. It's solidly built. Easy to use interface. All in all, especially for the price, this is a fantastic tool! Though the camera snake that came with this is very very useful, (and very long) and is the primary one I use, I also bought the skinny one, since the standard one is somewhat large for really tight places. The smaller one has also been very useful, and I would urge getting it if you are using this for auto work. ... show more

It's early to write this review but will update soon ! So far looks good (what I expected!) It's in a well protected lockable case,the camera system gives a overall Good picture from close range to 2-3 feet distance pretty sharp ,the gooseneck firm but well adjustable to be able to bend it the way you want it to direct it well even in tight places, oh it comes with assortments of additiononal attachments like angeled mirror ,hook. Etc. Attachable Hook to use for remooving abjects. the 45°mirror looking into crevices in pipes & tight places.I like it so far :) :) :) ... show more

    • Got the job done...
It is hard to control where the camera points at, but when I get it lined up, works great. (Had to go through the clean out in the drain pipe, so there was a 90 degree bend.) What I appreciate is that the 10' cable allowed me to sit in a comfortable position as I wrestled trying to get the picture.

Generally does its job. The auto focus would not work from time to time. The light is bright enought and the picture is clear. The snake was too long for what I wanted to use it for. Don't think longer is better. Its hard to meneuver when you have to coil it up to make it shorter. I think a 3 feet snake is the sweet spot for most homeowners. Think about how you are going to use it before buying. I think in the future I will get the wireless version so I can meneuver the snake without have to work the screen attached to it to view it. ... show more

Had a leak and could not find where it was coming from. Used this and was able to pinpoint the exact spot where the leak is coming from. Pricey but a great tool to add to the arsenal.
