I love it, my two cats do too. They were immediately curious about it, but the motion spooked them, and they would not approach it to figure out what it was. They kept using the old litter box. After day three I got impatient and 'introduced' them to it by stuffing them in there one by one, suffering a few puncture wounds and claw marks in the process, but it did the trick LOL. I actually had to remove the little plastic scatter guard from the front because they didn't like it, but it's not needed in my case, because they don't kick the litter out of the unit anyway. Once they figured out what it was, they started using it all the time, and I was able to reinstall the scatter guard. It's very quiet, it makes less noise than they do scratching around in a cat box, and IT DOESN'T SMELL. It automatically runs the deodorizing feature after the cat uses the unit and it self cleans. You would never know that I had two cats. You CAN use it without the app and the Wifi, which I do, because I don't have Wifi, you just have to manually use the buttons on the front of the machine to change the bag and replace the litter, which is still really easy to do. My only complaint is that the buttons are extremely hard to see. They don't light up unless they are active, so you have to kind of guess where they are in order to push them. I am planning to get Wifi, and once I do, I'm sure I will love it even more, because there are a lot of features with the app, like scheduling it to clean, you can keep it from running at night if it's in your room, etc. I would say that getting this has been totally worth it. I am spoiled now, I don't ever want to scoop out a cat box again, and my cats are too because they always have clean, fresh litter. Another thing is, WATCH THE VIDEO and start your unit up the way it says to do it. In the video, the guy sets up the unit, plugs it in, and lets it calibrate BEFORE adding the litter. In the booklet, it has you to add the litter first. Don't do what it says in the booklet. I figured that out the hard way, and the unit was like....confused. I had to unplug it and plug it back in to get it to work right. So just set it up like he does in the video and it will be perfect! UPDATE ****I wanted to come back in and add that if you use clumping litter, you will be changing bags often if you only have one unit. If you use crystal type cat litter that doesn't clump, your bags and litter last MUCH longer and you can get away with having one unit with two cats, because only the poo goes into the bag, and the machine 'stirs' the litter for you. I have had this for a couple of months now and I think it's AWESOME. Also, I have figured out that since I don't use the app, I don't need to see the buttons in order to clean it. I simply unplug it, clean it, replace the bag and the litter, plug it back in, and it resets itself. Easy as pie!**** ... show more

    • Pretty good with one slight problem

It does exactly what it says and it's quiet. It's not heavy, its easy to set up and theres no odor. My only problem is that urine clumps just stay where they are. They get stuck to the rubber? material at the bottom of the rotating portion. The poop easily goes into the waste bag but the clumped litter I still have to use a scoop to scrape it from the back area and the bottom. It's nice but I think when I save up some more money I will look into another one. ... show more
