Product information has no website listed and no phone numbers to call if difficulties. I have tried 4 different cat sand products including the one in the information and none of them work with this item. Also there was supposed to be a box of cat snd in with the product but there was none. Also the app that controls this product states no dust bin installed. The media could not be loaded. Hello my cat likes the self cleaning litter box he loves watching the machine dispose of his feces, it’s quiet so he doesn’t get spooked it’s been 2 days now and no issues hopefully it stays that way it is big I’m 5’4 and it goes way past my knees in height almost to my hip, and you also need to have a connection wherever you’re planning on putting it and WIFI to be able to use the machine. ... show more
