I like everything about it. This is for my dad who's in his 90s. It helps him pull up on the bed. He's more secured once he stands up. I actually bought 2 more to use at the bottom of the bed and the other side of the bed. It's comfortable with the rubber grip on top. product arrived fast and was pretty easy to set up took about 15 mins with removing the mattress. i am happy with it but top handle section does have a slight wiggle to it even being locked into place.
