Before we got are air mattress, we struggled with bed sores. While he was in the hospital once and they used one and all his sores were healed. I tried to go through insurance with no luck. I decided to purchase one for my Daddy. Believe me, it was well worth the investment. Anyone who is bedridden NEEDS ONE OF THESE!!! It is a terrible thing that the insurance won't pay for one unless my Daddy had a severe case of bedsores. The first mattress I purchase was heaven sent. It worked perfectly for 7 months and just quit alternating. I purchase another one and it didn’t alternate at all. Sent back and received another one. Unfortunately it did not alternate either. I was refunded partially for the first mattress and a full refund for the third mattress with no problem. Too afraid to try again. ... show more

I bought this for my mom's hospital bed and it's the best thing I have ever bought for her!! It helps her sleep better and helps her bottom feel better also. She doesn't complain anymore that she hurts or is in pain. Plus no bed sores as well!

    • Doesn’t last long before tubing starts to pop
I have ordered this expensive air mattress twice in less than a year. BOTH times, the tubing started popping out in the same place within 6 months or less of purchase. This second time I reached out to the seller, who will not provide a replacement since there is only a 60 day warranty. Don’t bother buying it…unless you don’t plan on needing it longer than 6 months. VERY DISAPPOINTING AS MY BED RIDDEN MOTHER IS NOW UNCOMFORTABLE and I have to once again put out money for another mattress…except not with this company. ... show more

This topper acts like the bed my son used while in rehab after a spinal injury. The alternating air pockets keep his skin integrity in tact while the motor is super quiet! I am using it on top of a king size mattress with an adjustable frame so that he and his significant other are able to sleep in the same bed while he's getting the extra air support he now needs.
