While I wish this set had a different look to it like other products out there, this was the set that had all the pieces I was looking for and still a relatively affordable price. I will probably end up looking for some cute slip-over covers for these The covers are removable using zippers so they can be washed. The set comes a bit shrink wrapped so it needs to be aired out a bit upon opening, but washing the covers can help as well. They are easy enough to be repositioned but don't slide around out of place. These work amazing for me and I am 5'3, and with a slight adjustment they work great for my 6'3 husband. I made him try them specifically so I could speak to taller people using them lol They are firm enough to support me but soft enough to be comfortable for hours on end. I use pieces of the set when sleeping but use the whole set when I am working (wfh job on my laptop). I think I might add a memory foam layer to 2 or 3 of the pillows for a little more of a luxury comfort experience, but it's not necessary for general comfort. It helps quite a bit for my chronic pain with neck, back, legs but does not eliminate it entirely as I still have some back pain. But regular use is helping. I am happy with this purchase. No complaints, and anything that would have made it better would have put it out of my available budget at the time I needed them. ... show more

It was shipped really fast and well packed. It was exactly as shown in pictures. It even comes with the space saver packing bags that you can use your vacuum with to make the pieces easier to store. Every piece is comfortable and fits together just as shown. They only complaint would be the foam is not very wear resistant or durable. After washing the headrest piece the foam completely fell apart in the washer and dryer. The right delicate cycle was used so I fell it must be a quality issue. But all the pieces that haven't been washed yet seem to be holding together great. So if you would have to put any of it in the washer it should be fine. A great purchase for the 7 pieces and multiple configuration options compared to price and options offered by other brands. Item is not comfortable as described in the description they sank soon as you lay on them there is no Velcro so the pieces can stay together I brought this for postop surgery & during my test the pillow were sliding who would want that when they will be in pain I had to look back at the item on Amazon because there was not even a thank U for your purchase in the UNMARKED box no instructions on the included clear bags w/blue nozzle doesn't even tell you what the bags are for or how to use them The packaging of the pillows was terrible I didn't even know what was in the box ughhh worst decision after spending quality time on line HOURS comparing different pillow sets and I choose the one that actually match the reviews. ... show more

The shape is just right (once put together). Very comfortable, with just enough give. I baby my back after years of sciatic pain. Sleeping flat doesn’t always trigger an issue, but knowing that it can for me, makes me leery. I understand the comments about keeping the pillows together. Once you construct it, add a sheet, holding it all together, and it’s fine.
