Purchased this for my son, who is an EMR. Very similar to the jump bag I have as an AEMT. It comes with most of what you need to get started in emergency medicine. The things that you still need to make this a 5 star purchase is the large BP cuff, a better tourniquet, and a pulse/ox. As an AEMT, those tools are necessary to be able to help diagnose your patients. Living in an area where obesity is a problem, the larger BP cuff is almost a necessity. Some items my son cannot use as an EMR, but those do not take away from how well this bag has been put together. ... show more
