    • Technical Support is Horrible!
When I first got the Sawgrass 500, I was thrilled with it. However, I now have an issue and I’ve tried calling Sawgrass for three weeks without any response. I then sent a help ticket and I’ve had 2 separate technicians who never called me but rather are sending emails with video instructions telling me to fix the issue myself. After 7 hours of me trying to disgnose and fix the problem, I’m giving up. I want to return the printer with the two year warranty and I’m waiting to see if they will send me a new one. Save yourself trouble and don’t purchase from Sawgrass! ... show more

    • No CUSTOMER SUPPORT!!!
I bout the 500 and upgraded to 1000. Cannot get there print manager apps to work after downloading new printer. Tried for two days to connect someone by email and no one answers the phone. You are directed to another site and it has a list you can chose from. I’ve worked on this for 3 days and I cannot use either of my printers!! Had to leave one star rating but would like to give a zero rating!!!!! ... show more

I finally got the sawgrass sg500 set up. I love my Sawgrass printer. It took a while to get use to but its really worth the money
