I purchased the SG500 FOR 2 reasons….1: the auto maintenance feature. 2: the creative studio design website. The CS is being phased out next year. They replaced it with DesignMate and use printmate to print. I tried the Printmate and found it very difficult. Could not find any designs I created . Plus could not get it to print. Put in a ticket and for 3 days they could not get it to print. Although, I printed with Printmate separately. Another factor that I really don’t like is the ink costs….over 300$$ to replace all 4 cartridges. They say it’s the quality of the ink….BS….I have spoken with a few vendors at fairs and they all used the epson eco printer. Ink replacement is around 65$ for all 4. There products were fantastic. I do sublimation as a hobby, I do not sell anything. I really believe after 6 months of use I would have stayed with sawgrass if they would have kept creative studios. But, I will sell it and purchase an epson. ... show more

Missing 3 rolls of heat transfer tape, 2 bottom screws to hold the bottom hat insert on heat press and the starter ink cartridges wouldn’t print AT ALL.
