You have to have 3 different programs just to use the dam thing if you can figure it out because it doesn’t come with directions. Not recommended…. My Epson 2800 prints just as high quality as the Sawgrass my sister has.

Love this printer. No fighting!!! Save your time and get this instead of the conversion printer process. I wasted a lot of time for poor results. This is easy, beautiful, and pays for itself. You don't need to run junk!

Missing 3 rolls of heat transfer tape, 2 bottom screws to hold the bottom hat insert on heat press and the starter ink cartridges wouldn’t print AT ALL.

It’s an ok printer, it’s definitely not worth the price. Replacement ink cost $350 and it lasted me about 6 months. I don’t think I do a lot of printing and thought it should have lasted a lot longer than 6 months. Sawgrass customer service is awful, I’ve had to contact them 3 different times for 3 separate issues and was only successful one time, only for him to tell me to change browsers, no help at all. If you want to use their designs, you have to pay $20 a month ( I cancelled after the last time I tried to customer service) I will say, I’ve never had a paper jam so I guess that’s good ... show more
