  • A better product
Size: M8-8.5 or W10-10.5
I have suffered from Plantar Fasciitis off and on for 20 years whenever I buy shoes that are unsubstantially built and lack enough arch support. Over that considerable time., I have bought and tried a dozen or so shoe inserts to help a recovery. These have often been ineffective or slow acting. Most recently I tried this Ninja product. It has been working with perfection. And it’s been very comfortable. I attribute this to the fact you can buy them to your exact shoe size. Also, I followed the instructions and put them underneath the shoes original insole material. It worked great! Highly recommended for those with this problem. ... show more

  • It worked for me.
Size: M11-11.5 or W13-13.5
I'm 5'10" 190 lbs size 11 shoe. I know I am 10 lbs heavy and older in my 60s but was surprised at the pain I got in my left heel on a longer walk in my favorite nike lunarglide 9 running shoes that may be lightweight but had never given me trouble before. I went to a more supportive newer asics and it helped but just didn't seem to allow proper healing for two months. The pain had me limping a bit randomly with no way of me being to understand why one day ok and the next day not. I ordered these insoles and decided to put them in the original lunarglides. I immediately noticed an upward pressure on my left arch and thought that interesting. In a couple of days I didn't feel the upward pressure on the left arch anymore and the pain in my heel was lessening. Today is 13 days since I first used the insoles and I just realized its pretty much solved the problem. I'm of the belief that my left arch needed support and that was the main issue. I'm not a podiatrist but it felt to me that my foot was out of alignment if that makes sense. These insoles must be made of some special plastic because they are pretty sturdy and give very strong support for how thin they look and feel. They allow my nikes to feel like they should too which is a bonus. Best $30 I have spent this year. ... show more

  • Great
Size: M6-6.5 or W8-8.5
Took me a bit to review since I have to get shots every 3 months for plantar fasciitis. These were weird but they slipped under my insoles and although they felt strange, they worked very well and gave me the support I needed. Oddly inflexible but that turned out well. Fit amazingly in all my shoes and for $30 saved me a ton. They don't wear out! ... show more

  • Great relief!!!
Size: M7-7.5 or W9-9.5
I’ve only been wearing them a few days, but wow! They’re fantastic! They’re similar to a friend’s that’s she got at the Good Feet store for $1,000!

  • Let's Call Them Comfortably Uncomfortable
Size: M11-11.5 or W13-13.5
Every shoe is different, and I have found no one iteration of any of these products works universally for all of my shoes. For instance, if you have insoles glued in, these obviously won't work. Also, some shoes have thin insoles and rely on the sole of the shoe for the bulk of shock absorption while other shoes offer a more substantially padded insole. Because these inserts are hard plastic, a well-padded insole will be considerably more comfortable. They will feel mildly uncomfortable, like you feel when you're stretching sore muscles, because that is what needs to happen to heal up; you need to stretch these soft tissues. But, I find that I can wear these all day, and my feet don't become fatigued. Also, if you spend any time on a ladder, the hard plastic shank does wonders for keeping feet from becoming fatigued. The 3/4-length design means that you don't have to try to cut them to fit your size of shoe. The little Velcro pads mean that the insole NEVER slips out of place. I now have two sets of these; one for a pair of Addidas athletic shoes and one for a pair of Columbia hiking shoes. Both are well suited to these insole inserts. ... show more

  • Good, but also not so good
Size: M7-7.5 or W9-9.5
They did provide pretty quick relief, but I've been wearing them for a few weeks and still have pain. I wore them for a day at the State Fair and came home in extreme pain. They did not hold up to a full day of walking. I feel like the arch is very minimal, so it provides some relief but clearly not an ideal design. I'll be looking for something new. ... show more

  • Outstanding Product but the "Oder again" sent the Wrong Size
Size: M4-4.5 or W6-6.5
I ordered one set of Samurai insoles size 10-10.5 for my Plantar Fasciitis injury. THey worked immediately in alleviating the pain so well that I hit "order again" for 2 more sets for other shoes. Two more sets came again within a day but the size was 4-4.5 which at that size are useless. I contacted the Samurai Support people who have been extremely helpful and sent me replacements but I need to call attention to the "order again" which clearly made a big mistake in size. Thanks for the quick delivery but at this point I have two sets of insoles that are not useful at all, and kudos to the Samurai support team for their outstanding customer service. ... show more

  • Excellent heel relief
Size: M7-7.5 or W9-9.5
This product is a must have to relieve heel spur pain. I wore it for a week in between the sloes of my shoes & boots and I no longer have the sharp shooting pain in my right heel area! I love this product for it’s durability as well.
