The S-pen itself works, but there is no bluetooth functionality. It will not connect to my phone after trying every troubleshooting shooting step on Google I could find. The only solution that I found that makes sense is that the S-pen is fake. If I didn't have to use it for work every day, I would be demanding a refund. Pen works like it says everything was great until I discovered ohhh no I broke once again another spen. However upon further investigation I came to realize something.... It wasn't a crack I was seeing it was actually black fabric impeded into the plastic material its made from. At first I scratched at because I thought it was a crack then realized nope its actually fabric. This thing is like $40. I mean what the hell where was quality control when this was packaged coming off the end of the manufacturing line. If product does not receive 100% inspection then it shouldn't ask so much for their screw up. $40 and I always get the defected one. ... show more

This pen worked in every aspect. It as eazy peezy to hook up to my phone. The air pen actions even worked. I was shocked. It was totally compatible to my Samsung Note 20. Sometimes you order things that say they're compatible but when you get them they're actually only halfway compatible. Sometimes you need the product so bad and your lifestyle is too busy so you settle for what you received. Per Samsung, this is the INTERNATIONAL version given the model number on the box. This means it isn't guaranteed to work on US phones. This did NOT work on my phone!

Lost my original at Disneyland, spent an hour or more on phone with cell service provider to order a new one, than I checked Amazon and bam there it was for $10.00 cheaper than the cell service provider, Amazon showed up first and fit and function was same as original one, than cell provider one showed up and it was for S21 not the S20, wish I checked it here first, so I bought another one for a back up. ... show more
