Everything is great and as advertised. Unfortunately, there was a tear in the foam on the bar. It may grow as i use. So disappointed with this and hope the seller will contact me and make this right. Update, the seller is sending me a new bar. If there is no problems this will be a great set of dumbells. To add something else, i just discovered the middle bare doesn't twist on properly to both sides. one side's threads are messed up. still waiting on them to make this right... ... show more

I ordered the 90 lb set on the 3rd. My estimated delivery was 13th-16th but it ended up arriving on the 7th (free shipping with prime). The outer box was a little beat up but inside everything was well protected and nothing has any signs of scratches or abuse. It seems like a very solid set and everything screws together nicely. I got this set to use in my apartment due to COVID and Im very happy that everything arrived clean and that it doesn’t take up a ton of space when not in use. I don’t normally mention price I. Reviews but after looking around I can say that I feel like it’s a good value, I’m happy with my Purchase, plus you don’t want to cheap out on something that may hurt you badly if it fails. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I hurt my foot so had to be in a boot... I ordered these so I can workout at home since I didn't wanna wobble around in the gym with the Space Walker 3000's on my foot... anyway these work great! Easy to assemble (you can see me put it together in the video) and mine go up to 50 lbs which is great! I use them to deadlift, also use the bar for hip thrust, weighted squats etc. Great purchase and these made my home workouts way more intense! ... show more

I have a few complaints with these. - I have to tighten the clamps every time I use these. They do not stay in place at all. - With the screw on holders it's annoying to screw them on and off every time you want to change weight but it is what it is. - After a while of using these the material inside has come loose as well, so they sound like maracas. I use these on carpet and haven't dropped them so I'm not sure why it happened. - The "barbell" that connects them is too short and makes using it uncomfortable. You have to place your hands too close together or if you hold each dumbbell, then it is too wide. Overall it's a set of cheap weights so you get what you pay for... However, I wish these were cheaper. ... show more

Ordered these after looking at MANY options because this one can combine to make a barbell in addition to dumbbells. Weight is good and goes up to around 88lbs, and is not cheaply made like a lot of the others I saw which were hard plastic with a steel bar within - this is the full on solid metal bar (which I wanted for sturdiness and would last long compared to the plastics I saw). Easy to screw the weights on and off, and convert to the barbell. This one was a little pricier than some others, but worth it! NOT cheaply made, and has mroe weight than most others. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. You cannot load the complete 83 lbs or 34 kilos onto the bar without using all the space, so you can’t screw the weight safety cap onto the ends of it. It’s obviously not meant to be loaded with all of the weight. The grip is too narrow when you do load up the middle section of the bar. If there is room for your hand if you take that weight off the middle section, then you still need gloves to protect your fingers from the metal screw material or else it’s too painful to lift after a few sets. This product is falsely advertised as 90lbs when it only adds up to 83lbs. This product is also over priced because you could buy a regular bar bell for the price of around $100 on Amazon, and it would be safer and actually functional! Even as dumbbells, these long rods get in the way of pressing and rowing motions. Even if you utilize the dumbbell function of the product, unscrewing and screwing on the weights is time consuming, tiring for the forearm, and overall not efficient for a good workout. This equipment is faulty, I really wish I would’ve bought a regular barbell but I thought buying a two in one would be smart, and it wasn’t. It’s best to buy dumbbells separate from a barbell. I really wish I could return this product but it’s past the return time, and since this product is so strange, I might not be able to sell it second hand. this barbell set is a good value but the problem with this one is it gets annoying trying to unscrew the barbells is not the most convenient way and can scratch your hardwood or laminate floor.
