My experience with the Rumblex Vibration Plate so far has been great. (I call it the "buzzyboard" at home). So far I have been using it daily for about 10 min a day on the lowest setting with all three movement types since I received it. I love that it wakes up my muscles and it is amazing to me that I can be so sweaty and tired after just standing on it for such a short amount of time. I am quite overweight so I appreciate that it is solid and does not feel like it will break under my weight. I appreciate that it is low impact and easy to use and doesn't hurt me to use every day. I am seeing my stomach and thighs showing more toning and have plans to start measuring to see how many inches I can lose using it on a daily basis going forward. My boyfriend has severe chronic back pain and has a hard time with the settings that have multiple types of movement. I appreciate, also, that it is very customizable so he can use it on the lowest vibration only setting and still get a benefit from it. Even our cat loves it. When he is using it on the lowest vibration only setting our cat loves to sit on it with him. I am very pleased with my purchase and am looking forward to using it every day for many years to come. On a more technical note: It is solid and heavy. It feels like a professional piece of equipment in a gym. It feels completely solid when I step up onto it and doesn't make even a tiny peep of protest at my weight. It is a good size to shove under your bed, table, or even a chair. I just have mine resting standing up against the wall it is plugged into. For being what feels like a professional, HEAVY, and solid piece of equipment it is surprisingly small and compact and easy to stow away when not in use. The remote control "Wristband" thing is a little strange. I never have it on my wrist. I just hold it. But I do like that it has a remote. It is a lot easier than having to turn it on before getting onto it. And if for some reason I need to quickly turn it off I can do so with the remote. I saw some people complain it's not as nice as they would like but what do you really need? A Power, on/off, speed, and mode button are all I need. It does the job. It is very quiet. I would have assumed with the amount of power this thing puts out that it would have a pretty mechanical sounding hum. But it really doesn't. It makes a very quiet clicking sound but only when I have it on the vertical movement setting. Otherwise, it's like I don't even have it on. The sound of my voice vibrating as if it is going through fan blades is often the only audible indication that it is on. I have not yet tried the Bluetooth connection. I figure what is the point of having a speaker built-in if I am only going to be on it for like 10 min at a time. I will listen to one song and stop it. I might as well just use my Bluetooth headset I have on me all the time anyway. I like that I can choose how intense my experience is by not only turning up and down the speed of the vibration but also adjusting where my feet are on the plate. It is extremely customizable in the amount and type of vibration/impact it has on your body. I also love the peace of mind that if something happens to it, I can contact the company for a replacement. I love companies that back up their products with a guarantee that you can feel good about. I bought this for the vertical 'whole body vibration" and have been gradually working my way up to the other settings. I love this. I have a lot of health issues, and this works for me. I've had it for about 4 months now. First week, I used it only 5 minutes a day on pulse mode with breaks after 60 to 90 seconds. After a week or two I was using this on pulse mode 90 seconds on 30 seconds off, and worked my way up to a full 10 minute cycle 90-30. Then I started adding more sessions or a few bursts 90 or 60 seconds at different times of day. Now I do at least 10 to 30 min per day, and often forget to do the 90 30 cycles. I also really like the side-to-side linear feature and the preset program p3. I am working my way up to the other programs. When I first bought this, I wished I could make my own program, and wished that it had more programs, but I've done extensive research of the options and am convinced that this is the best and most effective in this price range. I'm willing to accept the minor inconvenience of pressing a button on my remote, because I think this is a great machine at a great price. Speaking of remote: I like the wristband design of the remote. I usually attach it to something nearby at eye level when I'm using the platform. I can easily move the remote to keep it handy regardless of my position while using the platform. the slap wrist design is easy to use and easy to attach to a nearby shelf, and occasionally to my wrist. Sometimes I have to press the remote buttons twice to get it to respond. I would like it to be a little more responsive, but it is not a big deal and it only happens occasionally. I like the beep feature, since it tells me that it has received my input. Another thing they could improve: the layout of the remote panel is different from the control panel on the device. I'd like to see them match up better for simplicity. This is not a big deal, just a point to consider for future versions. I mildly agree with others who said the control panel is a bit sensitive and too easy to step on it and change a setting. on the other hand, I sometimes like that I can press a button with my toe if the remote is not on hand. A con for me is the auto shutoff after 3 minutes of inactivity. I would like it to hold my settings a little longer. Again, I don't mind it now that it is part of my routine. it is just a few presses on the remote to get my settings back, but it may be a point to consider for future versions. This company has put a lot of training videos online and provides a lot of support. They provide lengthy you tube videos explaining how people of any fitness level can use it.
