It's less than half the price of the Snapper branded belt that is made in China. This one is made in U.S.A. It fit perfectly on my 2007-year 11.5 hp Snapper rear engine rider (Series 23). The part number listed in owner's manual was 7022252. (7022252YP is updated number, but same fit). It's a 73-1/2-inch belt with a V cut on both sides of the belt. That's so the inner side can go around the crankshaft and blade drive pulleys, while the outer side passes around the idler pulley. If you don't have your owner's manual, find out your model number and do some research for the right belt. There is no reason to pay more than twice as much for a Snapper or Briggs & Stratton branded belt that is no better and may be lower quality than this one. ... show more

I found my original parts manual so I was able to verify the model number and parts associated to it. This was a direct fit for my old rear engine rider snapper 28" cut from 2006
