I circumstances require that I have a safe immediately. So despite the mild faults of this safe I’m going to keep it. The first fault is that the safe comes with a shelf that is not secured, it really just kind of flops around. Second, it was missing a nut, now I have to make a run to the hardware store. I ordered the safe in June 2021 and it works great. The safe still looks brand new there is a shelf its not adjustable but you can remove it. There’s also fabric at the bottom that can also be removed. It does have holes in it from mounting to like a wall or a cabinet so I don’t recommend getting it wet. It’s quite small, so it makes it easy to hide or put in a safe place. When it’s empty, it is a little heavy, but it’s not so heavy you can’t carry it. I would definitely recommend if you were looking for a safe, it does have an alarm. However I don’t think it’s fire proof or fire resistant so that could definitely be an issue. It also comes with 2 keys in case the battery dies, which are not included. ... show more

The kids were sneaking devices at 🌙night. This is what I use now! The mounting holes were "almost" big enough to fit a charging cable. I just opened it up with a larger drill bit, which was easy to shave and took 5 seconds.
