The media could not be loaded. Great for the price! We have never owned a smoker/smoked meat but this is a great starter to try it. My boyfriend loves it and is learning how to smoke using the attacked smoker. It is very easy to use. Only issue is the bottom pan that goes in the grill itself under the charcoal holder has started to peel off the black color that was on it only after two uses. The smoker side is easy to work but the entrance is very small so you have to turn the charcoal holder (idk the real word for this piece the piece the charcoal/smoker items sit on) sideways to ever get it out to dump it. We also have had some issues with the seal on the grill and when smoking the smoke goes out of every area where the lid attaches to the grill itself. The assembly took me about an hour/hour and a half with just me. It can go faster using two people! ... show more

It's an alright grill and smoker, if you're using this just to grill that application is perfect. Setting it up was pretty easy. If you're going to be using the offset smoker it's gonna be a bit of a hassle. The grill itself does not retain smoke well at all, it leaks out everywhere so you will end up losing temp really easily. None of the screw holes were machined properly. It was a complete waste of time trying to assemble the first step which was the base. Only two of the screws fit The screw hole on the bottom shelf completely warped as I tried to get one of tje two screws that fit tightened , and I used minimal force. Didn’t even get past step one before it was useless and garbage. And yes I triple checked that I was using the correct screws. ... show more
