After opening the box and seeing all of the parts, it did look a bit intimidating to put together.....and I was really impressed how they got all of the parts and the packing material to fit in the box! Two of the sheet metal pieces were slightly bent right out of the box but I was able to straighten them out enough to make it work. I've used it once and it grills nice. I like that you are able to raise and lower the charcoal tray to adjust the distance from the grilling surface. I'm satisfied with the purchase. The only negative is that there is no way to remove the black tray that the charcoal sits on in order to clean it out. You either have to make all of the ashes fall thru the holes to the removeable tray below or get a little brush and dust pan and sweep them up. All in all, I'd buy it again. ... show more

There were, of course, a lot of parts with this and when purchasing it I didn't consider all the work it would take. Ended up giving up after noticing the metal on the legs was made poorly and cheap. Once i got the screws in and attempted to stand it up, they fell over and bent. I could not get it put together and highly advise that nobody buys this grill. Go get you one from Walmart or tractor supply. Sent it back. ... show more

We’ve used this grill twice and we love it so much. I love the fact that it has the ability to move the charcoal up and down to Make the meat cook, faster, and hotter. Comes in a big ol’ box so be sure to be home for delivery, they can’t throw this over the fence. FYI, if you buy this, buy a cover also because when it rains it does fill up with water. The metal is a pretty good quality. It is about 4 ft wide with the two side tables up but they can easily be put down. Does have wheels. It does not have a handle to drag it around, which was a little bit frustrating but overall it’s easy to move around because of the wheels. ... show more

Takes more than an hour to assemble . Not all holes matched making the assembly difficult but not impossible. The grill is tinny . The grates are flimsy. Instructions are good. SCREWS are NEATLY PACKED AND MARKED. Before starting the assembly READ THE INSTRUCTIONS and count your pieces . NEW it is a joy to use. Charcoal is a challenge at first adjusting the burner level . Do not overfill the burnt coal pan as it will dump into the bottom of the grill when you pull the drawer out … We use a galvanized garbage can with a tight lid to dispose of ashes …. In fact it is THE ASH CAN …. for ashes only . Safety to prevent wildfires. ... show more
