    • The best I've tried for comfort
I have a Proform rower with a very hard seat. I find my rowing performance is so much better with this pad. I returned so many others that hardly had tailbone support. This makes 30-45 min rows so much better! It makes me sit up a bit higher but doesn't interfere with my performance.

The hard factory seat on my Concept2 never bothered me until I decided to really get back in shape this year and lose the weight I’d put on in 2020. Rowing for long stretches started to get uncomfortable as my natural cushioning went away. This seat completely solved the problem, and makes rowing that much more pleasant. This rowing seat is made of gel like material. It has a rubber or plastic bottom that keeps it from sliding back and forth. Very comfortable. I have three row cushions and this is the most comfortable for a 1/2 marathon and style thickness does not interfere with the rowing stroke.
