The bristles on this brush prevent you from getting very close the the scalp while curling your hair which to me can be a positive and a negative. Overall nice soft curls are possible with this attachment. I personally loved the results for date night.

I wasn't sure if this PureGust round brush attachment for my Dyson Airwrap would be worth it since it’s not from the Dyson company, but I'm happy I gave it a try. It definitely adds volume to my hair, which is what I was going for. The bristles are firm but not scratchy, and it attaches easily to the Airwrap. It does seem like the bristles aren’t as dense as the original, but it doesn’t matter much for my thinner hair. I don’t think the quality is quite as good as the original, but the price is significantly lower. ... show more

I ordered this thinking it would be a bigger barrel than the round brush attachment that came with my airwrap. Turns out it's the same size - but it's not as nice. The bristles are thinner and scratchier and it caught my hair where the attachment meets the base. It also doesn't hold onto my hair as well so I think there are probably far fewer bristles in this attachment than in the "real" one. Conversely - it's less than half the price and the actual attachment is out of stock on the D website. I wouldn't call it an even replacement but it'll work in a pinch. ... show more

This attachment gets the job done. It has stiff bristles that are appropriate for thinner hair, while the plastic casing is thick & strong and unlikely to break. The color is nice, as well.

I got this replacement attachment out of curiosity, but I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality. I honestly can't tell the difference between this head and my old one except this one has much less wear and tear than my previous. I find myself reaching for this one instead now for that reason.
