This vest is ok. I expected it to be much cuter based on the photos, but it will do! Some thoughts below. - Fit is true to size. I am 5'7" and 135lbs and wearing a small. It has a very slightly oversized fit but thats the look I expected and wanted. - It arrived shrink wrapped which is my least favorite thing for this type of material as it takes forever for the wrinkles to come out. This has been out of packing and hanging up for almost a week and it is still showing a ton of packaging wrinkles. I don't want to steam or wash it if I don't have to as I'm not sure it will hold up! - The vest itself is pretty thin but not as thin as some other brands I have tried on this site. This won't work for ME on super cool days but would be perfect for a sunny fall day! However, it is very lightweight! - The material is very soft but also feels very thin. If you were to catch it on a hook or something, I imagine it would rip. It has a very light sheen to it. - The waistband is adjustable until about an inch or some from the zipper. I've always found it looks awkward when the waist doesn't cinch all the way. I don't really plan to wear this zipped up so its not a huge deal. The waistband does allow for you to change the look a but if you wanted it more relaxed or tighter fitting. - The hood is very small and barely fits over my hair in a loose bun. It lays nice and flat otherwise and I think it would look silly without a hood. - One side of the hood arrived broken. Not exactly sure how to fix it so I can adjust the hood. See pic - Has two faux pockets at the breast and two fully functional pockets near the waist. I really like the pocket options. The side slit you can easily pop your hand in for warmth and the straight pocket has a flap and is perfect for holding items that won't slip out of a slit pocket. However, the double pocket with the flap does add a bit of bulk to your hips Overall, I like some things about this vest but there are others I would change. I would not recommend for super chilly weather, but for a cool fall day, it will work perfectly. Its a good shape and cute but a little lightweight and almost flimsy to me. ... show more

This vest had the most awful fit where the waist was up around my upper torso like an empire waist. Fit was small for an XL. As someone who has a 36D chest, it should have been very baggy.

I was worried this would be too shiny (Black) but it’s not. It has a sheen, but not shiny. The waist draw cords fall at the empire waist level (just below boobs), which is fine for me. The pockets are great, the zipper and snaps all work well. It’s the layering piece I was looking for!

True to size. 5’6” and it hits me right at the knee. Very happy with this purchase! It’s a cute cut and color, perfect for fall and early spring. Fits nicely with a more fitted sweater or hoodie. There was a minor issue with one of the waist drawstrings, and Customer Service was prompt and helpful.

I did not get the pink that I ordered in this picture. What I got was a brown with a hue of pink. I still like it, but it isn’t pink.
