I bought this heater to help with my home office which is in an extra bedroom, and it does a great job. It fits perfectly and blends into the room well. The body and legs are metal, and are solid. The heater is well made and the flame and log effects are well done. I like having a lower-power option to avoid tripping breakers which can occur when other high-draw items are used on the same circuit. The controls work great and can be accessed via the remote or on the front of the unit if the door is opened. The temp can be precisely adjusted using the remote or the front controls, and the selected temp and other info is briefly presented via a display inside the main area. The flame and log characteristics can be adjusted to suit, and can present a nice visual. The heating element is near the top of the unit, above the door, and it works well. The air intakes are on the sides, are easy to see, and can be cleaned easily. It is not overly noisy for a space heater and does exactly what I need for my office. We are having sub-zero temps in Iowa this week, and my office is quite comfortable thanks to this space heater. This unit is much better than its price may indicate. ... show more

I’m really happy with this fireplace Heater, it makes my living room feel so cozy. The fake wood logs look surprisingly real, and watching the flames on cold nights has become my favorite thing to do. It heats up the room fast, and the adjustable thermostat lets me set it just right. The timer is convenient when I don’t want to worry about turning it off later. The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this unit. Perfectly warms our living room. It doesn't have any sound effects, but the colors are beautiful. The remote is handy. The flame speed is changeable. The heat can be turned off. I love it. Would buy again.

This is a good heater and keeps a 524 sqft room comfortable as long as your are wearing warm clothing. Wouldn't work in an 800 sq ft room as advertised. low noise and easy to assemble, operating instructions could be a little easier to interpret. I sent a couple messages to the seller after I found they put the heater on sale right after my order and asked for a partial refund. They have totally ignored me, not even so much as a kiss my gluteal. My recommendation is to buy a heater from another manufacturer as these are basically a dime a dozen, those sellers might not be so obstinate. They evidently ignore Amazon's promise of a two business day response. UPDATE:: The seller reached out and apologized indicating they had a problem with messaging system. They offered a 50% refund but I just wanted the difference between the original and sale price. They processed the partial refund promptly, all I could ask for. If I am the market for another heater I’ll surely consider them. ... show more

Very pretty but the heating element is on the top. The top surface can’t be touched because of this, which makes it an additional hazard for me. Most important is that since hot air rises, the heater doesn’t spread heat on the cold floor. Sitting right in front of it you’ll only feel the heat from your face above…. It’ll eventually get a small room warm but it’s not going to make your body warm because the heater is too high up ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This heater has quite a lot of power . I brought this to heat my LiL cabin I have in the woods and I questioned if it really would. It Does ! And it heats it up fairly fast. NOT even close to some of the reviews I read some saying it heated up their room or whatever in Minutes... 🤔... BUT to be honest it took a good hour or so... As to be expected. Maybe the only complaint could be is that the fire isn't very realistic. It's pretty but the log colors should be different. Or have a way of turning the log colors off and just have the flame colors. Other than that I'm happy with my purchase. The remote is very easy to figure out. No problem. Thanks You ... show more

The unit was priced so reasonably that I really wasn't expecting top quality but that is just what we received. The heater took mere moments to complete assembly, set up remotes and begin using. Nice output, adjustable. Our porch is 15' x 20' with a roof. Within a couple of minutes we could feel the heater blowing warm air.
