I love the stove. It’s beautiful and it works well as far as taking the chill off, plus, you can stand in front of it and feel warm air on you if you got come in with cold hands or whatever which I love, but the remote does not work, The company was gracious enough to send me another one because I thought it was broke and I got the new one and it doesn’t work either. You can stand on top of the stove and use it hoping that it even works there but it’s sporadic at, best, definitely takes away from the convenience. ... show more

This heater has all the great features. I love that the heater exit is at the top so as the floor doesn’t get hot. The case is all metal but the only part that gets hot is the front lip at the heat exit (there are warning labels). The fire animation looks very real and you can change the colors of the logs and fire separately. The only thing I would change in the design is to have a stronger fan to blow the heat, but this is not a deal breaker as the unit is the best I’ve seen or used. ... show more

We loved this for holiday season to enjoy in living room with xmas tree etc. We bought SEPERATE speaker with fireplace sounds. Made this electric heater more realistic. The color changing flames and log set colors make it fun and soothing too. HOWEVER, it draws a lot of electricity!! We actually got a warning via email from our electric company noticing a jump in electricity usage when my husband ran it several hrs at night for several days. 🙃 ... show more

I bought this for my 800 sq ft condo. It does not heat the livingroom all that well. It took it 7 hours to bring the room temp from 66° to 71°. Really! Fast heating! And I had it on the highest heat.This unit doesn't do what they advertise.
