I have started to rely on degassing for my resin casting. I have purchased other brands priced similarly. They always break and don’t work well. This one is WAY better quality. The suction is strong and quiet, and the most important part is the height of the interior. It lets me use larger capacity mixing cups. Then digital screen is a nice addition too! ... show more

this item will not work as advertised. i used it to pull the bubbles out of my resin and after 3 times of 10 minutes on 1 pour i still had lots and lots and lots of bubbles left. i had to use my old set up and it pulled all the bubbles out. i almost lost that pour due to the defective nature of the product. the pours that i used this product on were 3 small pours of 2 ounces and 1 pour that was 6 ounces of a deep pour. in my experience its not worth the money paid out for this item. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I used a 1:1 medium viscosity resin in the pics and video and I’d say it did a pretty good job at removing the bubbles. Even tried again after adding mica to it and still did a pretty good job. I did also try with a fast cure resin to see how it would do and it really didn’t get the bubbles out of it which I kind of expected bc it’s just not powerful enough for that thick of resin but as far as a thin or medium viscosity resin it’s a pretty good machine ... show more

I used a table top resin that has a 45 minute work time. This was in the unit for 2 cycles (20 minutes) and came out like this. It's also the second time it's happened since the unit arrived. The unit itself works. It's a bit loud but that doesn't affect the functionality. It does pull the bubbles. It's a matter of how quick the exothermic reaction begins. ... show more
