    • These fly traps are PHENOMENAL
I have property in Northern Michigan, and my entire 43 years up there we have ALWAYS had biting flies in the summer. They are relentless - they will chase me around, nothing seemed to work.. as a last resort I tried these fly bag traps and WOW. I have been putting them out early summer (May) and have to change them out 2 times after that (usually early July, then in late August) because they fill up completely. I mean to the TOP. I am on my third summer using these and this is the first summer we have noticed a significant decrease in flies, I believe we have made a big dent in the biting fly population in our area. I HAVE NO REGERTS. lol Also, these do stink very very badly. The idea is to draw flies AWAY, so be sure to hang these AWAY from your house or any open window you may have. When these are full, I get a nice big fire going in the firepit (remember we are in remote northern Michigan, no neighbors for miles), and burn them. I cannot imagine having to throw these away in my garbage can! When full, they are pretty disgusting. But worth EVERY penny. They work and they work great. Designed For Barn Use But I Hang One On The Eves Trough Of My Away From House Garage. Lures Flies Soon As It's Hung. Smells Bad & Smells Worse When Near Full. Don't Hang Close To House! I Easily Fill One Bag Every Month In A Suburban Area. Near ZER0 Fly Population Arnd The House Now. Buy This, It Works! My Fourth Year Of Using These. The Neighborhood Is Much Nicer Without Flies! Very effective, smells HORRIBLE, literally poop in a bag reason why it to be use for OUTDOORS only. Great value for money, easy to use and very durable. Tip: hang it first then fill with water to avoid spills

    • Catches flies
Works great, needed two people to hang it for tying the strings up because the adding water makes it awkward. Definitely filled up with flies within a few days we were seeing instant results. The smell is really bad though so make sure you do hang it a distance away from the house.

    • Works but beware of smell
These work great but towards the end, the smell is horrendous. Place farther away from doors or windows and any place you might sit outside. The bag will fill up with Flys.

The media could not be loaded. I recently moved into another home I have and backs up to the woods, flies galore. I'm constantly catching them in the house, so I thought it would buy these again to see if I can lure them away from the house, and it's worked. You can see see from the video the bag is almost full and it's only been up for 2 weeks. The only problem that I have, is that I didn't buy enough, I only bought a four pack and I should have bought a six pack. You can't have these close to the house because they smell really bad, that's what attracts the flies. Mine are approximately 25 ft away. ... show more

    • THEY WORK!
Okay, I marked my review as a '5 STAR' in the 'Scent' category – BUT that was for the flies, not humans. Smells GREAT if you happen to be a fly! Flies LOVE it! They can't leave it alone! Buzzards would probably like it too! We have chickens and horses, and so we do get flies. We don't like flies, neither do the horses. Please Note: You kinda want to be upwind of the fly traps. Don't hang them next to your kitchen window. Haning said that,they really work and the bags FILL FAST! Then you just toss them away!! ... show more
