I purchased a pair of the Relife sports 50lb free weights and really like the quality and overall construction of them. From my recent purchase of the 2nd weight to complete the pair I noticed there was a small gash in the rubber. I could have simply retuned it but after mentioning this issue with Relife Sports they were able to quickly work with me by reducing some of the price which worked out great for both of us. I have lifted heavy free weights for many decades and been in very many gyms over these decades. These dumbbells are the nicest dumbbells I have ever used! The dodecagon shape is my favorite, and the girth of the checkered grip is just perfect, and the rubber coating protects the floor. I trainer forgot that I didn’t have weights and started adding them to my homework workout program so I decided to see what was available on Amazon for a decent price. I settle on these based on reviews and what was included. They arrived quickly, but the box was fallen apart, and one of the weights is damaged as you can see in the picture. Fortunately, that did not affect the utility of the weights at all. I do find that I have to tighten the plastic nuts frequently but not during a workout of 3-4 sets- so it’s no problem at all. I love the versatility. I mainly use them dumbbells or to build the right size kettle bell! As with any set of this type, changing weights for different exercises during the same AMRAP or TABATA can be a pain, but for what you get, this set is well worth it! ... show more

These are really good dumbbells, they're like professional ones, they're narrow and the hexagon shape helps a lot, it would have been great if they had more sizes and weights available, they're very limited in that aspect.
