Got this because I didn't have a lot of circulation in this room, but it was imperative I kept the cats out. It was easier than expected to get installed. The materials seem sturdy enough and the adhesion/velcro should be enough to keep them from pulling it down. The zipper makes getting in and out a little tedious but so far it's been worth it for the cooler room and peace of mind. Highly recommend for the price ... show more

This thing is awesome! It presents any fly entry through the door. I was surprised at how heavy the material is. It unzips like a tent would. Tacking this product or even nails works best for this and I end up having to turn it “upside down” to make it work for keeping my cats in my apartment as I have no screen door. But it has withstood many scratching attempts and even climbing attempts and has not got a hole yet. The top open is a good idea but I will probably try to get the side open one again. I screened in our covered deck and wanted a door so the cats and dogs could chill out on the deck on nice days. This has held up well and seems well made. Of course with four large dogs things are gonna eventually happen, especially a 100lb elderly half blind German shepherd who runs into it full force, but it's been holding up well and I put up a retractable baby gate to help stop her running into it. It also holds our cats in very well. My kitten climbs it and it has not ripped once from him (he's chunky also, I say kitten but he's a year old next month). When we opened it up, the product was too big for our door. That was my fault I didn’t know I had to measure lol! Even though it didn’t fit my husband and I were trying to get it on the door just to see how it would work if we were to order the actual size we needed. The issue was when we were trying the material felt very flimsy so it was hard for us to try to put it on. So we just returned it we didn’t like the kind of material because it was also going to be an eye sore to look at in our space.
