I think overall this heat press was a great deal, properly packaged, comes with heat tape, heat gloves, sublimation paper, fuses. I used a heat gun on the platters and they seem to be very consistent. I love how you can adjust the knobs easily. Can use this press up to 20 to 30 oz tumblers. I used the suggested heat time which was 356 degrees for 80 seconds then rotated. Overall I think this is a great purchase easy to use, and works great. I only had issues with the paper it came with was packaged and was folded which made it hard to feed the paper in my printer it even got jammed once. Also the paper is a different size than my HTV Ront paper which is wider than theirs. Even if I set my margins to zero it was not quite long enough to cover my tumbler. I ended up using different paper. However the overall outcome was good. This was not a seamless design so there was a seam. I give it an outstanding rating and would recommend this tumbler press. ... show more

So I got this tumbler press and it is wonderful. The set comes with the press, gloves, paper and tape (everything to get started). It was already set to F which was perfect for me but you can change the heat settings to either F or C. This press allows you to adjust the pressure and does get really tight if needed. It takes a few minutes to get up to temperature but once it does it HOT! So watch your press time. It does count down and has an alarm to let you know it's done or time to rotate. This alarm isn't as loud as my other press, which I prefer. The colors that are transferred came out beautiful. You may see a little bit of "smoking" it's normal and is from the sublimination process since it releases a gas. I definitely recommend this press. Great press for the price. ... show more

This product was a waste of time and money. It never heated up pass 97 When I pushed the start button it did noting. I Contacted customer service but no one ever replied.

I have been wanting a tumbler heat press for a long time!! Wow I was really impressed with this awesome heat press! Love the pink color, the box was well packed. It came with heat tape and heat gloves too!!! I absolutely love my new tumbler press! Thank you for allowing small businesses to purchase affordable necessities to make life easier. The pad works well instruction booklet is beautifully created and had much needed excellent information to help me be at ease! I will try and post my 2 tumbler I sublimated only bc I placed my image upside down on my first try no fault of the press. Great heat and coverage. You may need to turn to th make sure to get all around heat coverage. 5 stars for sure!!! I got this to make cups for an event. The heat press works great and is easy to use. the instructions that came with it were pretty clear and it was not hard to get the settings adjusted to what I needed. I used 20 oz stainless steel tumblers and it would hold much larger diameter cups easily. One start off because at first the timer function was not working - it was not making contact when the press was closed. I had to go in and adjust the sensor myself to get the timer working. Since I did that it's been good to go and leaves a nice crisp sublimated image on my cups ... show more

(Poorly printed cup on the left was made with this press, nicely printed cup on the right was made with an oven. ) I had a lot of issues with this machine. First off, the tumblers I was dye subbing were supposed to fit after tightening, but the press was still too Big and lose causing the design to come out milky and bad. Might work better for wider cups? When you first turn it on/ use it there is a burning chemical smell (I have experience dye sublimating other things and know when something smells different and probably not good) I still haven’t been able to get out. The timer is supposed to start automatically when it’s shut after being set, it did not. I also tried different buttons and troubleshooting but had to resort to using the timer on my phone. Which made the second count inaccurate (which can cause issues with color ) After a handful of failed attempts, I figured that this just wasn’t for me, and I’d rather stick to using an oven. It’s cute though? Oh and there were no heat resistant gloves, good thing I already had a pair. Sending in for a refund :( ... show more
