Excellent quality and I love the color as well. It took almost 2 days to expand, but thats because I left it out to expand on its own and not in the dryer like the instructions suggested. Excellent value for the money paid. And it has relived some back pain I had.

This pillow is heavy, firm and supportive and just what I need. As others have mentioned, the side arms stick out to the side instead of being angled forward. And the pillow is quite stinky stanky, even though I removed the cover and washed it first (the removable cover washed up very well using cold water with gentle detergent in gentle cycle and low setting on the dryer). The stank from the pillow is almost skunk-like and seems to come from whatever's used to stuff the pillow. I'm looking forward to it dissipating, as other reviewers have indicated that it eventually does go away. I spritzed it lightly with Febreze fabric spray and that did help. So if you can put up with a few days of stink, it's a comfy and supportive back pillow. ... show more

This one changed all of that!! This one is way better than my long time favorite! The XL is the perfect size, the width is very good, the armrests angle to the side, it is heavy and firm!! Overall, it's a good lounging pillow. Made up of cut up foam rather than one big solid piece, it is much more forgiving on the back and shoulders. It is quite heavy and bulky, however, making it difficult to travel with or easily moved from room to room if you've got back problems. This arrived on a really cold day and when I opened it, it was like a brick (apparently due to being in the extreme cold). I had to let it sit for a day before I could start to try to punch it in shape. After about 2 days I could finally get it molded into shape. It is so full and stout and holds up great. It is actually quite heavy and needs some breaking in. The material is soft, it’s a perfect size and height.
