The media could not be loaded. I needed a multi-purpose alarm clock similar to the Hatch clock that would wake me up with a gentle sound & soft gradual light. It works excellently and the price was right! Instructions are clear & everything works as needed. My favorite things about this clock are the 20+ sound options for the noise machine, sunrise alarm with various alarm sounds (bird noises are my favorite) to wake up to, and the sleep timer for the light and sound before bed. I especially love the colors of the light and how you can dim both the big light and the clock feature. I have used it every morning since I’ve started my new job and the sunrise feature has woken me up on cue about 5-10 minutes into the sunrise progression. I especially enjoy that you can set different lengths of time for the progression of the sunrise (5,10,15, 30, 60 minutes) so it wakes you up differently per your request. I am absolutely in love with the REACHER Sound Machine Sunrise Alarm Clock! It has made such a positive difference in my sleep routine and how I wake up in the morning. The sound machine feature is fantastic. There are 26 different nature-inspired sounds, so I can easily find one that helps me relax and fall asleep. My favorite is the gentle rain—it’s so soothing! The volume is adjustable, and the sound quality is great, not tinny like some other machines I’ve tried. The sunrise alarm is a game-changer. Instead of waking up to a jarring beep, the gradual light makes getting out of bed so much easier and more peaceful. Update 11.29.2024 Mine continues to stop working - sound and light. I unplug and then it works again. Battery at least saves the clock time so I don’t have to reset. It’s pretty but what a pain! Update: Company has been diligent in reaching out to me. And offered to replace after sending video of inaction. After unplugging the device 2x, it appears to be functioning, at least one night. Hopeful. Lasted two months. Loved the look and easy setup. Clock still adjustably illuminates and keeps time. But white noise, primary reason for purchase, doesn’t function along with nightlight (was nice) and alarm (not necessary but used once, will not turn on now. All buttons, features just dead. Not sure method for return. Guess I’ll go back to IPad app but detest running all night. Probably just a fluke, others seem more fortunate. It’s attractive. ... show more

I was looking at a much more expensive brand of a similar product. I wasn’t sure if I would like the sunrise function so I decided to give this one a try. I absolutely love this clock! It makes such a difference waking slowly with the light. I have mine set to start brightening 20 minutes before the alarm (which is birds singing and is pleasant vs a blaring beep). I also love that the clock brightness is easily adjusted. The many sounds (white noise, etc.) can be set to go off to help you get to sleep but not disturb your sleep in the middle of the night. It looks nice on my nightstand, like a piece of art and not a clunky alarm clock. I hate mornings but this clock makes them more tolerable. ... show more

This clock is pretty good quality for the price. I use it as a low light every night when getting ready for bed which is perfect because you can choose how bright you want the light. It's a good size that doesn't take up too much space on my bed side table. I like that the buttons have dots on them so I can find which button I need to push either in the dark or in the morning when my alarm is going off. It is easy to use and I like the many options for sounds and alarms. I would recommend to a freind if they were looking for a basic but good sunrise clock. ... show more

As a borderline minimalist, I thought this was a brilliant purchase: one device that could perform the functions of 3 different bedside devices (light, clock, sound machine). The sound machine is adequate, and the light is exactly what I want for a bedside table (but I could live without the silly color options). I loved that the clock display is very dimmable, as is the light. I like the alarm options (light and/or audible alarm). Aesthetically, it isn't obnoxious. I like that it "remembers" settings when it is unplugged or after a power outage. I appreciated that it doesn't require a smart phone to change the settings. So it does have some good qualities. However, the clock fails to keep time accurately, which is the most basic function I expected from this device. The clock loses time. I just re-set the time (again) a week ago, and it is already 4 minutes slow, and it will continue to lose minutes as the days and weeks pass. I should not have to re-set a clock several times a month! Very disappointing. ***Update to original review: I have added an additional star to my rating due to the seller reaching out to me after my review. The additional star is a reflection of their customer service effort to resolve the issue.*** ... show more
