They sit on and around my face very comfortably and do not squish my eyes at all. I can take a nap with my makeup on and eye makeup doesn't get all smudged. I don't have any light intrusion around any of the edges unlike some other masks I've tried. They are durable and so far they have held up great. Fit is snug enough without being too tight and don't slide up my head while sleeping. When I wake up the mask is where it's supposed to be and have not slide up and/or off my head. The Bluetooth part is easy to use and connect. I can hear through the speakers great. I have finally found something that allows me to sleep and allows my husband to have the TV on through the night. I used to wake up to loud parts of whatever he was watching or flashes of light from the tv but now just wearing this and having my ears covered allows me to stay asleep. We have a volume limit for the TV at night (volume of 10 for a Samsung tv) and the mask covering my ears without speakers of mask turned on allows enough block from TV's sound for when my audio has already turned off due to my sleep settings in whatever app I'm using. I've noticed that I need to disconnect from the mask during the day otherwise my phone tries to play my music or audiobook through the mask speakers when I'm in my house. I got this to try and it works great. Sound it much better than I expected. It's comfortable and keeps out any light. I wish the eye area was firmer so the material would stay away from the eyes, but okay. I would order another one if my husband wants one.

edit - adding a star for customer support. Although it was not a problem that could be solved, the seller reached out to offer a full refund. Good service deserves recognition. Be warned, if you have a larger than average head or ears, this will not be comfortable for you. (My ears are large enough that headphones smaller than 3.2 inches are painful to wear, for reference.) The eye mask portion is great, leaving enough room for the eye to move around without feeling uncomfortable. The bluetooth connects just fine and the audio is what you'd expect from a sleep mask. But the fit can not be adjusted and is quite tight. I could feel the edges of the mask even while half asleep. Worse, somehow, are the portions that cover your ears. Rather, they don't. The bands don't cover my ears at all, leaving about half an inch exposed both above and below the band. If the seams were soft, this would probably be fine, but as said before, they are noticeably rough, and dug in to my ears for the 2 or so hours I was able to wear this. In addition, the wires all feel fragile. I'm pretty sure they chose poor quality rubber to protect the actual wires. If caution is taken, they would probably be fine for 6 months or so, but I won't be using these long enough to find out. All in all, I have to give it 2/5 stars. Taking one off for the fragile wires, another for the inability to adjust the fit, and the last for insufficient ear covering. If they were to make a new version that corrects those and keeps the rest of the design, I would never use another sleeping mask. ... show more

This product is a gamechanger for sleep. I setup a playlist of sleep stories with the calm app, put on shuffle, set to level 1 or 2 volume and am asleep within 10 minutes. Love the controls to adjust play and volume. My hubby listens to rain on leaves on the bedside speaker and I listen to the stories. Long lasting battery. Has played all night and not died. Plus the mask helps you sleep in when the sun is up before you want to be! ... show more

I bought this for home use, but as fate would have it, I ended up in the hospital a few days later. I so badly wanted to love this thing, but I just DON'T. It is hot, and the speakers inside are frickin' huge! I tried for several days to use it, thinking anything was better than hospital sounds. Turns out I was wrong. I'd rather tolerate the beeps and sounds than suffer thru the sweat and discomfort of this mask. The sound quality of the speakers is acceptable, but nothing stellar, and after a couple of hours, I couldn't get them off my face quick enough. The speakers are large and hard, tucked into a thin covering and there's just nowhere comfortable for the charging wire to be when you aren't charging. I don't know it if was meant to also answer calls thru the bluetooth, but it did hook up that way. However, nobody can hear you on the other end so don't bother. It's attractive enough, but so thick that within minutes I was too hot, and even though I was laying on my back the entire time, it still hurt my ears. I can't imagine trying to actually sleep in these things. Sorry guys, fail...try again. ... show more

Tried to used this a second time within minutes of just using it for the first time and I couldn't get it to connect to Bluetooth or even shut off. Tried numerous times to shut it off. No luck. It was super comfortable though. Had nice sound as well. I was really looking forward to these!! Dang it!!
