  • Meets the Need
I wanted the extra storage and low setting for 2 bikes. I liked this 4-bike because I wanted the extra length of the "feet" to make sure it doesn't fall over into my car. As being older, I liked the low setting. It seemed a bit of a challenge to situate the 2 bikes on the handles. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it ... show more

  • Ok build, poor instructions
The build on this was - ok. You get what you pay for. This rack will not work with step-thru racks! - Instructions were not great. Also completely left out a step at the end. What am I going to do with those plastic things? Oh, wait - you slide them on to the arms. - Why am I putting the feet on the base after I put the base together? You should put the feet on before to avoid turning the base over. - This thing is wobbly when you first put it together. Be careful to straighten it out so both sides of the base are flat on the ground. - Step-thru bikes - the ones without the cross bar between the front and rear posts - will not sit on the two arms of this rack. - Put your heavier bikes on the bottom arms! This thing will fall over if you put two heavy bikes up top and accidentally bump the rack. I tested this out and it is unstable with lighter bikes on the bottom and heavy at the top. - The screw on stops that keep the arms from falling are not great. I STRONGLY suggest you buy straps or craft some kind anchor and attach this rack to a wall for the safest possible setup. ... show more

  • Great Bike Rack and Excellent Customer Service!!
Great product and even better customer service! We received the rack missing one of the knobs used to mount the arms that hold the bikes in place. We sent an email to the seller and they not only replaced the item, they gave us a few extra as well. They were extremely professional and easy to work with. The bike rack works great for the space we needed it for. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Low Quality
The product is low quality. I had to use a drill to expand one of the holes to screw one of the support arms. Don't overtighten the bolts that hold the bottom 3 pieces together. Just snug all bolts and tighten to spec after.

  • It does the job.
Instructions were confusing. But so far it does the job just fine.

  • Looks good but not very functional
I had a two bike stand for many years, but with age it became unstable and needed replacing. This was the only similar rack available, looked more stable, and had the bonus of fitting 3 bikes (as other reviews said, the fourth is mostly theoretical). The parts came in a box inside another box (kind of wasteful). The brief instructions do have English text but suffer from the two other deadly sins: they list parts by letters, but the parts in the box are not labeled; which way a part faces matters, but instructions don't tell you, you just find out later when holes are facing the wrong way. The base is kind of hard to put together if you don't have help. The vertical hollow bar bends as you tighten the bolts, which makes you wonder - should I bend it as much as I can to make it tight, or let it bend later under the weight, and become wobbly? The sliding plastic bike holder look clever, but my new mountain bikes wit suspension under the seat do not have as much space unde rthe bar so they don't fit well. I'm worried that the cables may get damaged. In the end I made it work, and looks good. I hope it will last. I know that taking bikes off and putting them back on will be a challenge every time. ... show more

  • Works good for 2 e bikes
We used it to get 2 e bikes u in the garage between 2 cars so we could still pull both cars inside. Had to take off the batteries for weight. We can still slide it around when we need to.

  • Space Saver
Holding 2 road bikes, a mountain bike and BMX. The top end with the Road Bikes is leaning to the front some but other than that seems the holding up fine.
