I am very pleased with the way my windows turned out in my front door. I recently built a new home and the front door was mostly all glass with sidelights and I had no privacy. This has really helped. The first photo is with only one panel done so you can see the difference, the second photo is with all four panels done and some side curtains hung for the side lights, And the last picture is from out front. As you can see this definitely provides privacy. The worst part of the entire process was trying to peel the film off the back of the privacy vinyl prior to putting on the window. I was able to put tape on either side on the corner and pull it to get the vinyl backing off. Definitely by a squeegee… I found one at Lowe’s for under three dollars. Good luck! ... show more

I put this on my windows about 3 or 4 years ago for privacy from neighbors. It was a little tricky putting it on but I managed to get the job done. I found that it faded over time. I replaced some of it with the rest of what I had left from the first time. In my photos you can see the difference. The top of the window is the old one I put up a few years ago. Bottom is the new one I just put up. You can see it faded. I still think this is a good product. You just might have to replace them every couple of years. Nothing lasts forever. It was harder getting it off then putting it on. But I think its totally worth it if you got neighbors like i do. 😁 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ... show more

It has officially been up for a few weeks and it has done everything it claims and has done it well. My office is not miserably hot anymore and tint has helped the glare. It was easy to install and looks nice up. I would buy this again.

I followed all the steps listed in the instructions. They view you get from the window is blurry and have lots of small dots all over the window. I tried as much as I could to wipe everything down and still looks terrible. This tiny which is made to clearly see outside and block outside to inside view is not good. The other staff this seller also sells where blocks the two way view might be better as you can no see all the imperfections that are left after installation. So disappointed.     • Steep learning curve but good if you can get it right

First and foremost I'm an idiot because I thought I was buying static cling film and not a sticky tint-type film. These two products appear one on top of the other in the Rabitgoo store and the text made me think I was choosing the cling-type. My fault for not recognizing they were different. I went with this brand specifically because I'd used some of their other film and it's been absolutely perfect for over 5 years. 3 stars overall because this stuff is kind of a nightmare to deal with but looks great if you can get it right. I wanted to cover storm door glass to fend off the afternoon sun. After cleaning the glass twice and liberally spraying the film and window with water I carefully applied the film to the bottom half of the door. The biggest bubbles were easily worked out with a squeegee and credit card but almost immediately I realized something seemed wrong with some of the tiny bubbles. They had white rings around the edges and wouldn't move like the water bubbles did. Hoping for the best I thought the heat might help these bubbles come out so gave it a day and tried again to work them out, but no luck. Half the glass looked absolutely perfect but the other half was plagued with these bubbles. From inside they weren't all that horrible, but when looking at the mirrored side from outside it looked like a disaster. Unfortunately this is not a peel and restick product and I hadn't ordered enough to redo the bottom and finish the top so I ultimately ended up peeling the bottom off and going with a totally different product. I'm not happy about wasting money but I don't think it was the product that was at fault. If I had enough product I definitely would have tried again but didn't want to sink more money into something I couldn't be sure would work. ... show more

First of all - our application of this product is rather "unusual." Or better to say - not typical. Our RV has Plexiglas dual pane windows. Application on the inside of the RV is not going to work - won't serve its purpose. So, we needed a product that can be applied from outside and be durable. We got quoted from our local tint shop upwards of $320 for the job - three windows that are 19x39 (on the slide) and two rear windows at 19x50. No prior experience applying tint - except for a few "goofy" attempts in the past - we basically SUCKED at it. We took a risk and ordered this product to see what happens. Two people job - at least to apply onto the windows initially. Another set of hands helps to keep the tint non-bending. A word of advice - add a little bit of hand soap into the water. Apply GENEROUSLY! We mean - GENEROUSLY. Upon completion of applying to a window - we used a basic tool (with soft edge) to dispel all the water and to get rid of wrinkles. A few stubborn micro bubbles were still present when we were done. Next day - all those micro bubbles disappeared and tint looks fantastic! For us - trimming was easy - long blade following contour of the window - it was a breeze. Shipped in a box with quite a bit of filler in it - arrived in-tact and in good shape - no concerns.
