I bought this freezer for my off-grid property and it works perfect. It only draws about 100 W so keeping it powered it’s not a problem on my 1000 W generator. It freezes super fast it’s the perfect size. I love the drainage hole at the bottom. I love how it opens from the top and stays open. I like the baskets and it comes with and the size of a 3.5 cubic is perfect if it’s neatly in a corner that is big enough to hold even a big turkey is super awesome. It can be difficult to find things inside due to it being one giant space, and the baskets take up the entire top, so you have to remove them to get underneath.     • I will not purchase another product from this company again
Purchased in May of last year. Found out today that it stopped working for what seems to be a decent amount of time and all of the meat and produce in the freezer is trash. I am now out a chest freezer and over $800 worth of food. Attempted to troubleshoot this and doesn't seem like any noticeable failed parts. I then assume it is due to a cheap part resulting in a component failure. Not sure what level of reliability this company performs from a life test standpoint but it clearly didn't capture the issue ran into within STANDARD USE of the product. Beyond frustrated with how this has turned out and I hope this helps to avoid others from experiencing this scenario. ... show more
