Great value! This pie crust shield is perfect, it fits just right around a 12" pizza pan and can adjust to a smaller size for pies. In the second picture you can see the previous pie crust shield I was using. It was too narrow and wouldn't cover the whole edge it also would easily fall off of the crust at just a touch of the pan. I'm fairly new to the pie making world. My favorite pie is apple, but it just doesn't taste right with burnt pie crust edges. My aunt recommended these pie crust edgers to me. Using foil is a pain in the neck. These silicone edgers are amazing. These are adjustable so they can fit around almost any pie. They allow the edges to cook but do not allow them to burn. Genius! They are also easy on cleaning up after done enjoying your baked goodness. Every baker needs these. If you haven't tried them yet, what are you waiting for?! ... show more

Really easy to use but you need to remove it from the pie crust while it is still in the oven for that last few minutes of browning and it gets really hot and burned my fingers.

These silicone pie crust shields work for me. Quick and easy to use and they really do help prevent the edge of a pie crust from becoming too dark or over baked. I like them better than the metal crust shields. I should have bought them years ago.

i tried these on 3 different types of pie pans, and they won't stay on. They are awkward to work with, and near impossible to add to a pie pan mid way through baking (I tried before and mid way, neither worked).

Product is made good. Fits both my pie pans. Only complaint is that it's a little difficult to clean. I don't have a dishwasher do hand washing is what proved to be difficult.
