  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Great for Hoya and other houseplants
Weight: 16.0 ounces Item Package Quantity: 1
I would give this stuff 10 stars if I could! I’ll start by saying I have an extensive collection of plants. Hundreds, all that I love and cherish dearly. My plants are my one and only hobby. I decided to try this on my Hoya collection and I couldn’t believe it… I was able to see a change within just a day or so. I had had a few that had been “stuck” for months.. Happy but not really growing. I’ve tried lots of different fertilizers but this is the only thing that’s really given me noticeable results. I started out using this once a day for 3 days in a row (completely soaking the plant), then waited another 2 weeks before spraying again. That’s now my routine, spraying once every 2 weeks. I quickly noticed some new growth points popping up on lots of my Hoya. The pre-existing growth points are consistently putting out healthy new leaves that are deep in color. They look so lush and vibrant! The results were so impressive that I decided to spray some of my other plants as well. Jungle cacti, ferns, wisteria, kitchen herbs, coleus, aroids, succulents, etc. I even sprayed my air plants lol. I sprayed just about every type of plant I have in my collection at least twice just to test it out and I haven’t seen a single negative effect. I’m wondering why I never tried this sooner. The bottle doesn’t look very big but a little goes a long way. I purchased the 16fl option and I’ve barely used any at all. Someone with a reasonable size collection of plants could use this for months, probably even longer than that. PureCrop1 is now a staple for me as far as plant maintenance goes, especially for my Hoya and my edible plants. ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars I feel safer using this
Weight: 16.0 ounces Item Package Quantity: 1
So I have about 200 plants in a small area. I feel safer using this to treat them because otherwise I would have to wear a respirator. And long sleeves and gloves. And also I don't think it would be good for the environment as far as run off. This seems safe all the way around and has a pleasant smell to it. Herbal maybe in any event, it's worked well for spider mites and mealy bugs on my hoyas, dischidia and anthurium collection. ... show more

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars Great Product
Weight: 16.0 ounces Item Package Quantity: 1
Bought this to save a grow with PM in the middle of flower. It worked! It worked within 3 applications and the the end product was not affected at all. Flowers were still sticky, had great odor and was not harsh at all. I will always keep this handy.

  • 5.0 out of 5 stars You won’t regret buying Purecrop1 (if you follow the dose/frequency directions)
Weight: 64.0 ounces Item Package Quantity: 1
The media could not be loaded. All our organic IPM (integrated pest management) needs in one bottle of food-based ingredients. As with any IPM program: the most important word is Management! This isn’t a chemical pesticide/fungicide or a “knockdown” product. It needs to be sprayed weekly & thoroughly, including the undersides of leaves where pests lay their eggs. Doing so will *prevent* pest infestations, disease, molds/mildews from happening in the first place. Prevention is way easier than battling sickly infested plants in my experience. If not, we spend a lot more time reacting to pests & diseases without ever really getting ahead of them. And once they take hold, plant health declines followed by our crop yields & eating quality. Our results have been vibrant plant health and higher yields. Picture examples of summer lettuce w/o powdery mildew, video of squash plants w/o squash bug/borer damage or powdery mildew, purple kale & radishes w/o aphids, cabbage looper or flea beetle damage, greenhouse tomatoes w/o mold/mildew. Things that plaque these specific crops and which we’d have to use 3 different organic products for. Whether a home grower or a market gardener, if you’re serious about growing food (herbs, medicine, etc.), start applying Purecrop1 as soon as you start planting (before pests emerge) and keep it up. Don’t give in to old habits by thinking you can skip a few weeks b/c everything looks great and problem free - it’s only this way b/c you *have been* spraying each week. Why let pests & diseases rob you of all the hard work it took to grow it?! ... show more

  • 4.0 out of 5 stars Product works, did not get a full bottle
Weight: 16.0 ounces Item Package Quantity: 1
This product did seem to get rid of a mite problem. It came with a cracked plastic cap, and about a quarter of the product leaked out of the bottle and into the shipping container.

  • 3.0 out of 5 stars This product hurts delicate leaved plants like Begonia.
I bought this because it was recommended for broad mites. I have a collection of 50+ Begonias in my house and didn't want to spray any harmful chemicals. My plan was to spray PureCrop1 or similar suffocating oil and then add some predatory mites. The makers of this product claim that it has zero phytotoxicity and that it actually increases the health of your plants. That might work for cannabis or tomato, but for delicate Begonias it has been pretty bad. Half my plants have acquired brown edges and pockmarks. It looks just like what happens when I spray with neem oil. I believed the claims that it has zero phytotoxicity but I was wrong and I'm a sucker now. I really could have just sprayed with neem oil or castille soap and arrived at the same result. Another thing I noticed is that the label says "DILUTE 128:1 (2 OUNCES FORMULA TO ONE GALLON CLEAN WATER)" There are 128 ounces in one gallon, so 2 ounces of formula to one gallon is actually 128:2 not 128:1. How could there be such a glaring contradiction on the main label? Maybe it doesn't make much of a difference on the plants, but for a company that claims to use a "clever rearrangement of nanoscale molecules" and "colloidal micelle" technology, you'd think they could get the ratios right on their label. It makes me doubt any of their other claims that are shrouded in pseudoscientific mumbo jumbo. One thing I liked is that I can get a smaller bottle for $36 since I don't have a large garden. But in retrospect I wish I had just spent $70 for 2.5 gallons of Suffoil-X. ... show more
