This is the worst purchase I have ever made. I would give it negative stars if I could. The printer has been nothing but problems. When I reach out to customer service/support, they just have me trying all kinds of things and taking the printer apart and cleaning it over and over again. After HOURS and HOURS, I get nowhere. I have learned more teaching myself. But I have had this printer for 5 months (purchased in Nov 2023) and it started having issues on month 2. I have been trying since January (It is now April) to fix this printer. It will work for a bit and then have issues again. Something this expensive should not be this troublesome.
