Good office chair with a sturdy base. Pros: - Breathable design - Comfortable arm rest design - Easy assembly - Locks so you can lay back Cons: - Cushion is thick, but not as firm as I thought. It does bottom out depending on your seat placement. I don't see this lasting for very long. - Bottom ark support does not protrude enough for proper support. - Back rest is slightly loose and sways left to right. This chair feels like it was designed for people under 5'8 and 150lbs that want a chair that looks good more than they want a functional one. The springs in the seat cushion are definitely just a gimmick and don't do anything for comfort; you can barely feel them even when you're looking for them and when you do find one it feels like it's small and weak. I'm well below the average American weight and the seat still hurts my tailbone after only an hour or so. The lumbar support isn't adjustable and is slightly too low for my 5'9 frame, but it works better if I don't lean back into the back rest. The arm rests are cheap hard foam rests that aren't totally rock bottom of quality and comfort, but they're only height adjustable and the mounting method for the arms means its easy to have misaligned arm rests. The head rest is good, but don't think about using headphones and looking to the side or you'll get deafened by the sound of the fabric grazing against your headphones. It also doesn't come off the same way it goes on and you have to unscrew it with the included screwdriver to take it off if it bothers you, like it did to me. Also the seat doesn't recline with the back; only the back reclines, which I've actually come to prefer over the whole seat leaning back as one. ... show more

Solidly built and comfortable. This chair is supportive, adjustable in all the right places, and is easy to work with. The gray and black combination match my office theme and present a clean, professional look on and off camera. I’ve had a lot of chairs. This one is not too heavy or too light. It’s comfortable enough to last the day and I don’t dread sitting down. Although mine is paired with a standing desk for variety.     • Tilt is misleading and seat size is incorrect.

I returned it without putting it together. The images and video show two different types of tilt mechanism, I didn’t realize before ordering. The chair doesn’t have a function to adjust the recline or tilt tension, the seat may have slight tilt, but not nearly as much as the back recline. Tilt (rocking motion) and recline are two different things and the description is confusing how either of these work on the chair. Tilt basically not at all, recline maybe based on the video, but with no way to adjust the tension it doesn’t make a lot of sense. Anyway, the seat is also not 21”x20.5” as shown in the images, it is closer to 20”x19.5”, it may not sound like a lot, but it makes a difference. ... show more
