After much research and shopping around, these handles were the best value. Each handle came individually packaged in a large box. All of the hardware, instructions, and tools were included. They even supplied a level which my bf opted not to use but I highly recommend using it. (See photos). I am fairly handy but the directions looked complicated. My bf also had to cut the door slightly to fit but that was because I previously had small round knobs. I was concerned these would be too large for the closet doors but they are a perfect fit. I do wish they came with a “key” to unlock them from the exterior, however, any flat object should open them if needed. ... show more

Worth every cent and more because they are heavy duty performance and have not scratched or dented from installation or use. Very well made door handle assembly. Solid one piece handles just add the screws and it is installed. Very happy with purchase compared to other assembly a little more money but well worth the difference.

The quality is excellent: Heavy, very sturdy, as good as Quickset - I flip houses and have installed dozens of them. It's more attractive in some ways, too, though the oil rubbed bronze is more of a black with a bit of texture, not true ORB. The bad news is that this lock may not fit your door where the latch comes out if you're doing a remodel. Most NEW doors today come with a rectangle routed out where the latch emerges from the side of the door, and the latch has a little rectangle attached to the end and it fits neatly into the door's rectangular hole. But older doors (as in remodels) sometimes just have a circle drilled out, no rectangular hole. This lock ONLY FITS THE RECTANGLE, NOT A CIRCLE. A Quickset lock fits both. You can just pry off that rectangular metal at the end of the latch and attach an extra, circular piece to fit the circular hole. But not this lock, the rectangle is permanently attached. So rather than chisel out a dozen rectangular holes on the sides of our doors we decided to throw our brand new lock away and just go back to Quickset. Bottom line: It's a very good lock if you have a rectangular opening for the latch on the side of your door. ... show more
