These pillows are an awesome combination of firm and soft. They come vacuum sealed and fluff up out of the package. I let them fluff for 48 hours as the instructions indicated. There was no weird odors or chemical smell. They fluffed beautifully and fill out the pillow cases. I have used them for a few weeks and they fluff right back up after sleeping. I haven’t had any neck pain or headaches since using these. I took a chance ordering pillows you can’t feel like in the store. But I am not disappointed. When these were shipped, they were quite compact, but let them sit out overnight, and they fluff up to a very puffy size. And they have retained their fluffiness. The pillows when I first got them were very comfortable however I believe they sink in very fast and I was hoping for a mixture of soft and firm. Otherwise they are good pillows, fit well in queen pillow cases.

I had purchased some other pillows due to neck and shoulder pain and they were okay but these helped dramatically. They plumped up beautifully after following the directions and are so comfortable. Not hard and not too soft and the size is wonderful. I’ve experienced almost no neck and shoulder pain after two nights of sleeping on them.I highly recommend them if you have the same issues that I’ve had with neck and shoulder pain.
